At Cook Japan we have a "fast checkout" option, so you don't have to register with us unless this is something you choose to do. 

Cook Japan Ltd accepts payments with the following credit cards:

To provide you with a simple, secure and trustworthy payment system we have teamed up with both PayPal and Google Checkout, please note that you do not need to have an existing PayPal account or register with them to use this payment gateway.

To use your existing Google Checkout account, or to create one, click on the "Google Checkout" button, otherwise use the "New Customer" or "Fast Checkout" options which will take you to our PayPal payment page.

After payment, please click on "Return to Cook Japan" to complete the transaction

UK Deliveries:

Cook Japan use UPS, DHL and Royal Mail for deliveries throughout the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

• Standard Delivery: £9.99 in the UK on all Cook Japan rice cookers, postage for all other products is no more than £5.99 depending on weight and size.

• UPS Standard Delivery for all Rice Cookers is by 5pm the following day after the initial pick up has been made from Cook Japan - collections are made 3 times per week.  Other products may be sent by other services, but once dispatched delivery in the UK should be 1-3 days (please note some of our products are sent from our distribution centre in Europe and can take 5 working days for delivery).

• We will provide you with details of the courier consignment so that you can also track the order with UPS.

In some cases, we will need to make a specific order for commercial rice cookers, if these are not currently in stock.  If you require a commercial machine quickly we can expedite the order and delivery to the UK but this may incur an additional postage charge.

European Deliveries:

Cook Japan uses UPS and DHL for all international deliveries.

• European deliveries usually take 3-5 working days using "UPS Standard", depending on country, after the initial pick up has been made from Cook Japan.

• If you need your products in a hurry we are happy to discuss faster postage services, but the costs will be higher

Please contact us to discuss postage costs and timescales for any countries not included, or specific costs for postage costs of commercial rice cookers. If commercial machines are not currently in stock these can be individually ordered, but will incur additional postage charges.

US and Rest of the World Deliveries:

We only send rice cookers to countries operating on a similar 220V-240V as the UK, for non-European postage rates please contact us directly for our low cost postage.

We post all our other products anywhere else in the world, so if you are interested in Japanese cookware, tableware, knives or sushi machines we are happy to send our products to whichever corner of the world is home.
